Our next full construction update for Pier 27 will be posted on Monday, January 29, 2018.
Just to note that concrete work continues on the 2nd floor slab as well as pouring concrete for columns that will support the 3rd floor.
Regarding the February 12 power shutdown:
- The start time has been shifted to 8 am on Monday, February 12th in response to resident’s feedback.
- We also note that there may be some confusion regarding the Family Day Holiday, which is on Monday, February 19th, the 12th. There will be no site work on the 19th as it is a statutory holiday.
