29 Queens Quay Garage
Beginning Thursday, April 12, cleaning and painting columns on the P3 and P4 parking levels will get underway. Parking spots 1 – 12 on Ps and P4 will be need to be cleared of cars for the duration of the work, which is expected to take up to 3 days.
Construction management has been in touch with the property management at 29 Queens Quay to to arrange for alternative parking for the affected residents, for the duration of the work. 1-12 to be evacuated for 3 consecutive days. NOTE: The final clean up of the mechanical room is scheduled to completed this week.
Phase 3 work this week:
- Progressing with concrete pours on levels 3, 4 and 5.
- Waterproofing the ground floor slab.
- Installing overhead protection adjacent to the West parking lot.
- Site conditions again prevented scheduled work to begin on the removal and replacement of the concrete slab work adjacent the 29 Queens Quay parking garage ramp. We expect this to begin next week.
