Phase 3 Construction overview April 16 – 20, 2018

29 Queens Quay garage work

Mayfair Electric will be commencing work this week, April 16^th – 20th , in the P1 garage at the North East corner, adjacent the area pictured on the right.

This work will be focused on:

• Installing conduit in P1 at North face wall
• Installing conduit at ramp wall
• Installing pull box at ramp wall

There will be traffic control in place during work in high traffic areas.

Phase 3 Construction

The main focus of work on the Phase 3 tower this week will be ongoing concrete pours on levels 3, 4, and 5.

Slab pours and vertical column pours will occur throughout the week.

We will post updates if there is additional work of note.
