Phase 3 Tower
This week work on the Phase 3 Tower will see the finishing the 6th floor concrete slab and work on the walls/columns that connect to the 7th floor
Work will also begin on the forming of the 7th floor slab at south end of the podium.
Crews will also remove the steel piles along the ground floor at west side of the podium.

29 Queens Quay Roundabout
Work continues this week to waterproof the ground floor slab.
Once the waterproofing is completed, the pavers that were on the roundabout will be put back in place.
It is expected that the roundabout will reopen to resident use by early June.
