Phase 3 Tower
Work on the Phase tower has now reached the 10th floor of the podium, another milestone in the construction of the newest addition to Pier 27. This week work will be occurring on multiple floors of the podium as detailed here:
Ground Floor:
- Installing plumbing and heating.
4th Floor:
- Grinding and patching.
- Installing drains.
6th Floor
- Pulling electrical wires to individual suite to electrical panels, laundry and kitchen connections.
9th Floor
- Slab concrete pours to be completed this week.
- Vertical columns to be poured from the the 9th to 10th floors.
10th Floor
- Slab concrete pours get underway.
29 Queens Quay Roundabout
29 Queens Quay Roundabout
Unfortunately, the work has slowed down on the roundabout this week while the construction team waits for additional pavers that have been ordered. As well, some additional waterproofing work will be required to ensure the restored driveway is properly sealed.
The roundabout will not be completed this week but we hope to provide an updated completion timeline later in the week.
