Phase 3 Tower overview for the week

This week work will reach the 16th floor of the Phase 3 tower. A mix of internal and external work will occur on the lower floors, with concrete work focussed on the 15th and 16th floors. 

We will update this site later in the week if we have information on late evening concrete work. Please check back for updates. 

Detail of tower work this week

2nd Floor

• Stairwells/shafts/garbage chutes
• Install risers and garbage chutes
• Install outside wall track/corridor track
• Layout of corridor and mock-up suites

3rd Floor

• Install risers and garbage chutes

5th Floor

• Install firestopping/foam vent boxes

6th Floor

• Install firestopping/foam vent boxes
• Install window track
• Install windows

15th Floor

• Stressing concrete
• Vertical column pours from the 15th to 16th floors

16th Floor

• Preparing for the first slab pour on the 16th floor
