Phase 3 Tower overview for the week
This week’s major concrete pour for the slab on the 23rd floor is tentatively scheduled for this Thursday, December 6, weather permitting. Following the slab pour, crews will begin pouring concrete for walls and columns from the 23rd to the 24th floor. We plan to post an update on the timing of the concrete pour as soon as we have definite information.
This week will feature many large truck deliveries for some key items, such as
- Fan coil delivery on Tuesday
- Window delivery on Wednesday
- Drywall delivery on Thursday
The hoist (external elevator will also be raised.
Interior work is focussed again this week on the lower floors of the podium. Drywall, framing and electrical work will occur throughout the week.
We will provide updates this week if there are any significant changes to the construction schedule due to inclement weather.
We expect that there will be regular Saturday work on December 8. We will post details of this work on Friday, December 7. .
