This week’s work will start off with pouring concrete walls and columns from the 23rd to the 24th floor, weather permitting. Depending on progress during the early part of the week, there may be a slab concrete pour for the 24th floor at the end of the week. We will post an update here once we have confirmed schedule information in hand.
This week will again see large truck deliveries for some key items, such as windows and drywall.
The next phase of the hoist (external elevator) raising is scheduled for Wednesday, December 12. The full external elevator will be raised to the 21st floor.
Interior work is focussed again this week on the lower floors of the podium. Drywall, framing and electrical work will occur throughout the week
We will provide updates this week if there are any significant changes to the construction schedule due to inclement weather.
We expect that there will be regular Saturday work on December 15. We will post details of this work by Friday, December 14.
