Phase 3 Tower overview for the week
Saturday Work Confirmed
Crews will be in on Saturday, December 22, 2018 from 9 am to work on window and railing installation, drywall and framing, as well as general housekeeping.
Looking Ahead
Over the holidays there will be interior work at Pier 27 Phase 3 and some work on the installation of balcony railings and windows. This work will occur on the 24th, 27th, 28th, and the 29th, January 2, 3, and 4. Concrete work will resume as of January 7, 2019. We will post a holiday overview by or before 7 am Monday, December 24.
This week’s the concrete slab floor on the 24th floor was rescheduled to Tuesday, December 18. Concrete finishing work was required to go late into Tuesday night, till approximately 11 pm.
For the balance of the week the concrete walls and columns from the 24th floor to the 25th floor will be poured. All concrete work may be affected by inclement weather.
This week will again see some truck deliveries for key items, such as windows and drywall.
Interior work is focussed this week on drywall, framing, floor levelling, electrical and mechanical work, which will occur Monday to Friday on floors 2 through 11.
We will provide updates this week if there are any significant changes to the construction schedule due to inclement weather.
We will confirm if there will be Saturday work on December 22. We will post a confirmation and details as soon as we have the information in hand from the site construction managers.
Please note that there will be no work on site from December 23, 2018 through January 2, 2019.
29 Queens Quay – P4 work
On Tuesday, December 18, workers will be accessing the generator room in the 29 Queens Quay P4 garage level to do necessary electrical work. The property manager for 29 Queens Quay has been advised of this work. If you have any questions please contact us at contact@pier27construction.info.
