– Construction over the Holidays at Pier 27
The site at Pier 27, Phase 3 will be closed on December 25, 26, and January 1.
Over the holiday period and through the first week of January, work at Pier 27 Phase 3 will be focussed on interior work within the building and external work installing railings and windows. There will also be some ongoing housekeeping work on site.
Work is scheduled for:

- Thursday, December 27, 2018
- Friday, December 28, 2018
- Saturday, December 29, 2018 – tentative
- Monday, December 31, 2018 – tentative
- Wednesday, January 2, 2019
- Thursday, January 3, 2019
- Friday, January 4, 2019
Saturday, January 5, 2019 – updated
- Ground floor window frame installation
- 17th floor painting underside of balconies
- Balcony railing/glass installation 4th and 5th floor
Concrete work will resume as of January 7, 2019.
