Pier 27 Phase 3 Construction Overview – January 7 – 12, 2019

Phase 3 Tower overview for the week

This week concrete work resumes at the Pier 27 Phase 3 tower. 

This will include using the crane to fly forming tables for the 25^th floor. 

A major concrete pour is scheduled for Friday, January 11^th.

Window installation will get underway on the 16^th floor.

Interior work on the podium levels will ongoing through the week.

We will provide an update later this week with further details and more information on the planned work for Saturday.
