One-hour power shut down – 29 & 39 Queens Quay + Phase 3, February 6, 2019.
Please note that due to the extreme cold today’s (January 31) planned power shutdown across Pier 27 has been rescheduled to Wednesday, February 6 from 2:30 pm to 3:30 pm.
This one-hour shutdown of the main transformer at Pier 27 is required in to inspect the transformer and assess if maintenance for the transformer is required. Unfortunately, this inspection cannot be done without shutting down the power. Power will be out for one hour on Wednesday, February 6 from 2:30 pm to 3:30 pm, across the site and in both condominium buildings, 29 Queens Quay and 39 Queens Quay.
We apologize for the inconvenience this necessary inspection will cause. It is hoped that the timing and the brevity of the power outage will minimize the inconvenience and disruption.
The site developers, construction team and consultants will be on-site to inspect the transformer. The inspection team will be actively monitoring the shutdown. The property management at 29 and 39 Queens Quay have been advised.
