Wednesday one-hour power shutdown – on schedule for Feb 6.
Confirmed: Power will be out for one hour today, Wednesday, February 6 from 2:30 pm to 3:30 pm, across the site and in both condominium buildings, 29 Queens Quay and 39 Queens Quay.
We apologize for the inconvenience this necessary inspection will cause. It is hoped that the timing and the brevity of the power outage will minimize the inconvenience and disruption.

Phase 3 Construction Overview – UPDATED
Rescheduled: 27th Floor Concrete Pour
This week’s 27th floor concrete slab has been rescheduled to Thursday, February 7 due to Wednesday’s ice pellets and freezing rain. It is expected that Thursday’s active pouring of concrete will be completed by mid-afternoon. Concrete finishing will follow and continue through the late afternoon and evening until the necessary work is completed.
NOTE: As freezing rain is in the forecast for Thursday morning, the timing and duration of the concrete work (pouring and finishing) may be affected. We will update accordingly on Thursday, February 7.
Interior Work
Throughout the week work will continue on floors 2 through 12 on the interiors, primarily focussed on:
- Framing
- Drywall
- Electrical
- Plumbing
- Floor levelling
Exterior Work
Window and railing installation will continue on the podium and tower levels.
Saturday Work
We expect that there will be work this coming Saturday, February 9. We will post details here, no later than Friday, February 8.
