July 12 Update:
Utilities work to commence July 15, 2019

GFL, the contractor for the upcoming utilities work (municipal sewer and water) will begin work on Monday July 15, 2019. This essential work is required to connect municipal services to the Phase 3 tower at Pier 27.

At times, this construction work will limit access to the shared Pier 27 driveway over the next 8-12 weeks.

Flag people will be on-site to safely direct vehicular, pedestrian and bicycle traffic in and out of the site during construction. Every effort will be made to ensure the least possible inconvenience for pedestrian, bicycle and vehicular traffic.
