Construction & Utilities Servicing Update, July 15, 2019
GFL, the City of Toronto’s contractor for the utilities work (municipal sewer and water) was on-site today and has indicated work will now get underway on Wednesday. This essential work is required to connect municipal services to the Phase 3 tower at Pier 27 and is required by the City of Toronto.
At times, this construction work will limit access to the shared Pier 27 driveway over the next 8-12 weeks.
Flag people will be on-site to safely direct vehicular, pedestrian and bicycle traffic in and out of the site during construction. Every effort will be made to ensure the least possible inconvenience for pedestrian, bicycle and vehicular traffic.

Ongoing work at Pier 27 Phase 3
This week the focus of work on the Phase 3 tower will be interiors, exterior work on windows and balconies, and ongoing work to the mechanical penthouse.
