Phase 3
Interior work is progressing steadily throughout the podium and tower with drywalling, plumbing, kitchen and bathroom installation. Suites are being framed on the 27th floor. Suites are substantially finished through the 8th floor of the podium
Work on the west side the first floor has been progressing steadily with the installation of the steel support beams for the canopy that will provide weather protection on the west face of the ground floor.
Work is also moving ahead on the underground parking levels: P4 through P1.
Railings are being installed on the upper floors of the tower. Balcony dividers are being installed on the 7th and 8th floors and this work will continue through the coming weeks.
There will be series deleiveries on Friday, September 13 to bring appliances for the suites to the site.
Saturday Work
Crews will be on site this Saturday, September 14, from 9 am to work on the interiors and conduct general hosukeeping work on site.
Utilities Work
We do not have an update on GFL’s utilities work at this time. When we do have information from them we will post it and circulate it.
