Alarm Testing in Phase 3 Tower & Interior work ongoing, December 10, 2019

As interior work progresses in the Phase 3 Tower at Pier 27, alarms within the building are being tested. While it is unlikely that adjacent residents will be bothered by this testing, we want to assure you that nothing is amiss and if you have heard or do hear alarms ringing in the Phase 3 Tower, this is part of the ongoing testing to ensure the installed systems in the tower are in working order.
This testing will continue through the coming weeks. As will interior work throughout the building, focussed on the 12th floor through the 34th floor.
We will have an update on Holiday Season working hours in hand soon and will post it here and circulate it to the adjacent property managers.
