Project Update for 15 Queens Quay:

Mechanical penthouse – finishing the exterior by installing metal panels on the corners is esitimated to finish by the end of this month (April)

34th floor to the 13th floor – interior finishes as required

Hoist suites – 2nd floor to 34th floor – interior finishes ongoing

Hoist suite balcony railings – ongoing – complete end of April

Ground floor landscape – concrete removal ongoing
We note that work may progress at a slower pace in order to ensure that physical distancing is maintained.
Saturday, April 25
- Staff will be on site Saturday, April 25, from 9 am. They will be installing railings in areas of the balconies that were adjacent to the hoist, and to conduct general housekeeping work on site.
GFL Right of Way Work
Thursday, April 23 and Friday, April 24
GFL will be back on Thursday April 23 to complete work on the Right of Way just south of the existing sidewalk along Queens Quay East.
They will be excavating and then backfilling with clean fill.
Thursday, April 23 – excavate and remove material.
Friday, April 24 – backfill.
This will involve dump trucks and an excavator, which will be located on the southeast side of the sales centre.
29 Queens Quay East
The repair of deficiencies on the 29 Queens Quay East roadway are scheduled be completed by end of day, Monday, April 20.
All work on site is being conducted according to Provincial Guidelines.
Hand-washing and physical distancing practices are in place.
