This website provided regular construction updates for Cityzen Development Group’s Pier 27 Phase 3 condominium project from January 2018 through Spring 2020. 

The Pier 27 Phase 3 tower has been completed.  This site was designed to provide accurate information and regularly updated construction schedules during the construction period. 

The site was run EN Consulting Group (ENCG) on behalf of Cityzen Development Group and their construction team TMG.
